Our talent sourcer and lead define 5 requirements during the kickoff meetings, and through our Connect software deliver candidates that are interested and ready-to-interview. You make a selection on who you want to interview, and schedule in your calendar.

We offer three services to scale your hiring:

1. An embedded recruiter, to become part of your team and take care of full-cycle recruitment.

2. An executive recruiter, to become part of your team, and find your next (diverse) executive through our community.

3. A talent sourcer, to become part of your team and fill your pipelines with ready-to-interview candidates

Firstly, we set up an initial call to discuss the possibility of working together and to finalise terms. Once these are agreed, we set up a second call to discuss the role in more detail, making sure we understand exactly what you’re looking for.

We start work immediately: we find potential candidates, get in touch with them, and interview them to make sure they’re the right fit. If we believe that they are, then we send the candidates to you. However, our service doesn’t end here. We stay in touch with the candidates throughout the process, ensuring that candidates have a smooth journey through the interview process and into a new role.

Throughout the search, we keep you updated on our progress, via both email and weekly progress calls. If you have any specific requests on how you’d like us to conduct your search, just ask.

Pay for your recruiting as you pay for your Netflix: a monthly fee, no surprises.
