How does a search work?

Firstly, we set up an initial call to discuss the possibility of working together and to discuss terms. Once these are agreed, we set up a second call to discuss the role(s) in more detail, making sure we understand exactly what you’re looking for.

Our team starts work immediately: we find the candidates, get in touch with them, and then interview them to make sure they’re the right fit. If we believe that they are, then we send the candidates to you. However, our service doesn’t end here. We stay in touch with the candidates, and make sure that the journey through the interview process and into a new role is as smooth as possible.

Throughout the search, we keep you updated on our progress, through both email and weekly telephone updates. If you have any specific requests on how you’d like us to conduct your search, just ask.

How long does a search take?

We aim to complete a search within 3-6 weeks.

What kind of positions does ACELR8 recruit for?

We typically recruit for mid-level to senior positions, including VP and C-level executives. Our primary focus is on product, engineering, and design roles, but we also have experience headhunting senior executives for other functions such as sales and finance.

How much does it cost?

Our service costs nothing until a candidate is hired. Our standard rate is 25% of the hire’s yearly salary as a one-time fee. If the hire leaves within 3 months, 100% of this fee is returned; and within 6 months, 50% of the fee. What happens if we don’t make a hire?

In the very unusual outcome that ACELR8 is unable to fill the role, then you pay nothing!
