It’s a platform that connects homeowners with designers directly, reducing costs and allowing individuals to find their perfect suppliers and designs with ease. Since its foundation in 2008, Houzz has gone from strength to strength, and is currently valued at over €4 billion.
The key challenge in this instance was an operational one. Building on their huge success in the USA, Houzz needed to expand into Europe rapidly, in multiple regions at once. This included regions such as the Nordics, DACH, and the UK.
